Challenge: Recruit customer advisors with Dutch and a copywriter with German

How did the manufacturer attract key specialists with specific language skills?

WARCO was looking for a cooperation partner to support the recruitment of specialists for key positions. At the start of the project, it was crucial for the company to hire a customer advisor with Dutch and a customer advisor with German.

Within 2 weeks we received a set of recommendations. During the course of our cooperation, our recruitment needs increased and we urgently needed a copywriter with German. Our way of doing business is based on crowdstaffing – recruitment by remote community. We have more than 200 recruiters on board working remotely throughout Poland and Europe. Two dedicated recruiters with industry experience and an active database of candidates provided a set of recommendations for each position requested by the client within 14 days.

The entire project was overseen by an assigned Customer Success Manager, being the first line of contact for the client and coordinating the work of the recruiters accordingly, so that the the entire process proceeded in accordance with the project brief, as well as responding to emerging changes and adapting to new recruitment challenges.
