Challenge: Standardize processes and recruit specialists to the IT department
Uniqa needed a cooperation partner to help standardize recruitment processes in the IT department and support the process of acquiring experienced specialists. It was crucial for the company to reduce the time needed to hire IT experts.
– Our staffing needs have grown strongly, so we needed to hire experienced employees in the IT area at short notice to complete key projects for the company. We were looking for specialists in various technologies along with key requirements for our company. On average, the recruitment process for technical positions has shortened to 25 working days, which significantly reduced recruitment costs and minimized the risk of a mismatch between the candidate and the organization. Currently We recruit employees in both IT and non-IT roles depending on the demand for specific positions.
In total, we have already employed 46 specialists and we are still looking for new talents.
