Recruiting programmers for internships in Hungary

Recruiting programmers for internships at Microsoft is international. This makes it challenging to reach a group of students with a certain range of competencies. When the biggest difficulty for the customer turned out to be recruitment in Hungary Microsoft decided to cooperate with Talent Place and base the recruitment campaign on the crowdstaffing method. This cooperation started thanks to Notatek.pl platform, which previously supported Microsoft recruitment processes in Poland and belongs together with Talent Place to Everuptive Group.

Talent Place was entrusted with implementing a recruitment campaign in Budapest to reach out to ambitious students with IT and marketing backgrounds and recommend them for an internship and graduate program at Microsoft.

The client wanted people who would qualify for the student program to meet internal company criteria, which included English language proficiency. Crowdstaffing as a solution for intern recruitment

Thanks to Talent Place’s verification of the competences and basic criteria of the candidates the applications which were submitted to the Client were more suitable. According to Marcin Kurnik, “(…) it was our most successful talent search campaign for internships and graduate programs in Hungary so far”.

Talent Place met 100% of the agreed recruitment target and the delivered candidates had the competencies sought by Microsoft.
