Challenge: Recruitment for financial positions in Poland, Latvia, Bulgaria, Belgium, and Finland.

In connection with the transfer of accounting roles from outsourcing to within the organization, Inchape was looking for a partner to assist with volume recruitment for a number of accounting and finance positions in various countries.

After analyzing offers from selected partners, Talent Place was chosen—the crowdstaffing model, flexibility, and cost model suitability for the task were decisive factors.

Quick and effective sourcing process

The recruitment project lasted from the summer holidays until November 2025 and included comprehensive support in the acquisition and pre-selection of candidates from the market in Poland, Latvia, Finland, Belgium, and Bulgaria.
