Credit Agricole is a universal bank that focuses its activities on building long-term client relations as well as professional and friendly service. In order to be able to achieve these goals the group places great emphasis on the internal development of its Contact Center division. Due to the fast-paced nature of employee development and promotions the group is continuously seeking candidates for entry-level positions and Client Advisors.

In order to ensure the development of Contact Centre structures Credit Agricole recruits up to 250 new candidates every month. With such high volume recruiting it was a natural step to leverage outside support – initially traditional recruitment agencies. However, it quickly became apparent that agencies were unable to meet Credit’s enormous needs and the final results of the collaboration were not satisfactory. As an alternative Credit Agricole chose Talent Place.

Crowdstaffing in volume recruitment

After recruitment agencies failed Credit Agricole decided to partner with Talent Place. The first joint project involved 50 referrals (i.e. 50 candidate referrals) and was 100% completed.

Thanks to our community of skilled remote recruiters we were able to reach passive candidates in a short period of time who had not yet begun to consider changing jobs. We also established a project team within Talent Place, which included a group of recruiters focused on finding available, eligible and motivated employees for Credit Agricole. Recruiters from the Talent Place community have also built relationships with candidates by staying in touch with them and keeping them informed at every stage of the recruitment process. By doing so, we were not only able to increase the number of applications but also ensure that candidates were engaged.

How many people are hired per month for the Contact Center?

As Credit Agricole’s customer base grows the number of resources needed to build a positive customer experience increases. By partnering with Talent Place, Credit Agricole is hiring up to 50% more employees. According to the data provided by the Bank, as many as 98 candidates selected by Talent Place were hired in the first half of 2019.,,I have had the pleasure of working with Talent Place for over two years.
