Artech Polska sp. z o.o. asked us for recruitment support once again. This time, the company needed to employ a Sorting Manager and a specialist for the position of Purchase Specialist. Due to our renewed cooperation, we knew exactly the expectations and work culture of our client. During the project briefing, we collected detailed requirements for new roles in the company in order to start working on recruiting candidates. The recruiter started working on recruitment projects: sourcing, interviews with the candidate database, and then preparing recommendations for the client.
