How much will my salary be?
Talent Recruiters’ earnings in the Community depend on the time they spend working with Talent Place, the industry they process in and the experience and effectiveness they have in recruiting.
By devoting 100% of your time to us you will earn from 5000 PLN to even 18 000 PLN per month.
It is important that you have a willingness to work on a flexible project basis with a commission-based contract. You can work with us on a B2B contract or on a freelance basis.

What do I need
to join
Talent Place?
Your time availability should allow you to work with us on at least 1 project.
A minimum of one year of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes is important.
Experience in working with clients as you will be the one directly contacting the client from the project brief to the closing of the recruitment process.
It is very important that you communicate fluently in English.
