The main objective of the collaboration was to find candidates with the right experience for the technical and business support teams. The responsibilities of the Talent Place team of RPO recruiters (sourcer + end-to-end recruiter) included sourcing candidates, evaluating applications in the system, telephone verification, conducting interviews, arranging interviews with hiring managers and providing feedback.
Communication on the project was regular. Weekly statuses were held with the team and the client received a full activity report. Targets set for each month were met. The 6-month collaboration was professional and smooth. – The commitment, dedication and extensive experience of Talent Place’s recruiters helped us quickly find new talent for our team – adds Head of Global Business Recruiting Grammarly.
